About us

We are a friendly club catering for all age grades and all levels of athletic talent and experience.  Whether you're a beginner wanting to give athletics a try, or an experienced athlete new to the district, you'll be made most welcome!

We cater for all ages from seven to 107!  For the younger child we ask parents to be present.  We provide both competitive and fun events.

If you'd like to see what Athletics Whangarei is all about, we offer new members two free club visits to see if the club suits you.  Just pop along on a club day or night and join us!  After the two free trial visits, if you decide to join us then all you need to do is complete a registration form and pay your  subscription.

We offer a full and varied club programme catering for all track and field and harrier events.
