Booking applications
To request a track booking (infrequent use) please follow these steps:
- Check for availability via the track calendar.
- Check the charges (applicable to your group/organisation).
- Complete the booking application form.
To request an access tag (frequent use) please follow these steps:
- Check the charges (applicable to your category).
- Complete the access tag application form.
Please note that by requesting a booking you agree to follow the track guidelines (available here and displayed track side), and understand that the use of the facilities is at the hirer's risk and that Northland Athletics and Gymnastics Stadium Trust and Athletics Whangarei cannot be held responsible for the actions of any individual or group hiring the facilities.
Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours and full details will be provided at that time for access to the facility.
Once you have received confirmation of your booking please make payment by one of the following options:
- By cheque (post to Athletics Whangarei, PO Box 680, Whangarei 0140); or
- By internet banking (Athletics Whangarei's bank account details are:
ASB Bank, Whangarei, account number 123099 0408869 01).
